Hi! My name is Adam and I’m the Founder of Marin Offsite, the Bay Area’s premier destination for adventure, wellness, and agricultural offsites.

Why do I do this? Marin Offsite is my love letter to Marin. Living here has been a window into a naturally preserved world that should be shared with teams of all kinds. Marin represents adventure and wellness but also healing and togetherness for those who venture here. My goal is deliver on the promise that offsites mean something and should be done by local, authentic, passionate people who care about the place they are bringing people to.

Who am I?

I’m a US Navy Veteran who served for 8 years as a Naval Officer. I served overseas on US Navy warships of various kinds supporting US interests abroad. Serving mostly in the Asia Pacific, SE Asia, and Iraq. Working with partner nations abroad I spear headed complex naval exercises and supported humanitarian missions both in real time (Japan Tsunami 2011) and training missions (US Navy Hospital ship deployment. Post Navy I worked in startups and public companies in the tech sector her in the SF Bay Area. Personally I believe my combined military service and work in tech allowes me to provide immense value to companies for their offsite needs.
