These works of art captivate locals and visitors as they stop for a quick cup of coffee, fish burrito, or a replacement for a broken surfboard leash. While some may drive past without even a glance, those lucky enough to slow their roll will be provided with an exploration of public visual art free of charge. Except for the coffee, that’s not free.
